Ioana Ducu (born 18 April 1996 in Bucharest) is a Romanian tennis player.

Ducu has won one doubles title on the ITF tour in her career. On 9 September 2013, she reached her best singles ranking of world number 830. On 3 November 2014, she peaked at world number 736 in the doubles rankings.

In June 2014, together with fellow Romanian Ioana Loredana Roșca, Ducu won the girls' doubles tournament at the French Open, defeating CiCi Bellis and Markéta Vondroušová in three sets in the final.[1]
