Iresh Zaker (born 6 November 1976) is a Bangladeshi actor, producer and television personality. His parents are Aly Zaker and Sara Zaker.[1][2] Both his parents are well known theater and television actor, director and social activist in Bangladesh. Along with his acting career Zaker was constantly active with his business career. He is currently the executive director of Asiatic-JWT.[3]
Early life
Born in Dhaka, Zaker spent his early childhood with his younger sister Sriya Sharbojoya in Bangladesh. He completed his initial schooling from Scholastica, Dhaka; Bangladesh. After that, he went to the United States and enrolled in Grinnel College, at Grinnell, Iowa. Then he moved to Appleton, Wisconsin and completed his graduation from Lawrence University in 2000. Later on he acquired his M.Sc in development economics from University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign in 2002.[4] From a very early age he was interested in sport, specially soccer and cricket.
Corporate life
Zaker has 13 years experience in the advertising industry. He is specialized in advertising but worked in diverse categories including CSD, finance, insurance, real estate and electrical products. In advertising area he expertizes in FMCG, telecom, tech based products and social communication. Zaker is well known for his skills on creative ideation and strategic planning.
