Ishiyama Station (石山駅 Ishiyama-eki) is a railway station in Ōtsu, Shiga Prefecture, Japan. The station is on the Biwako Line (Tōkaidō Main Line) of West Japan Railway Company (JR West).

In front of Ishiyama Station is Keihan Ishiyama Station (京阪石山駅 Keihan Ishiyama-eki) on the Ishiyama-Sakamoto Line of Keihan Electric Railway.
