Isozuri: Ritou Hen (磯釣り 離島篇 Hen island surf fishing)[2] is a Japan-exclusive fishing video game for the Super Famicom.

Gameplay

The player is fishing on a rocky shore; waiting for a fish to bite.

The game involves fishing on the Izu Islands of Japan while keeping track of time.[3] Unique images depict participation in a fishing derby. 20 different types of fish appear in the game; including the amberjack, scorpion fish and the parrot fish.[3][4] Japanese language text is used throughout the entire game.

Many fishing mechanisms can be used including fishing lures and live fishing bait. Lures can consist of either spoons or floating minnows. Mackerel, sardines, or other fish can be used for fishing bait.[4]
