Italian Union of Seventh-Day Adventist Christian Churches

The Italian Union of Seventh-Day Adventist Christian Churches (Italian: Unione Italiana delle Chiese Cristiane Avventiste del Settimo Giorno) is an Italian Protestant denomination, which is part of the worldwide fellowship of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.[1]

As of 2014, the denomination includes about 140 local churches, 10,000 members and 15,000 supporters throughout Italy.[2]

In 1986 the Union first signed an agreement with the Italian government, in accordance with article 8 of the Italian Constitution (which regulates the relations with religious minorities), and later signed three successive agreements. The latter of these agreements was made law in 2009.[3][4]
