IvyExec.com is a United States-based company that runs an online professional network for executives [1] as well as an online recruitment firm. Ivy Exec, Inc. was founded in 2006 by a team of Columbia Business School alumni and is based in New York, New York. Ivy Exec helps various professionals and MBAs find jobs with companies.[2] The company has over 750,000 members.[3][4]

For job seekers, Ivy Exec has 2 levels of membership, Basic and All Access (which requires users to pay a subscription fee).[5] It offers members the Ivy Exec Mentor Network, which connects professionals with 600+ volunteer executives for career brainstorming sessions.[6] Ivy Exec also offers members access to online classes, webinars, and industry content via their Insights blog.

For companies, Ivy Exec sells advisory services such as market research, compensation analysis, recruitment advisory, recruitment marketing, and employment branding. Ivy Exec pre-screens each applicant for membership, as well as each job posting.[7]
