Jacob Hopper (born 6 February 1997) is a professional Australian rules footballer playing for the Greater Western Sydney Giants in the Australian Football League (AFL). He was recruited from North Ballarat Rebels with pick seven in the 2015 AFL draft. Hopper made his debut against the Gold Coast in round 8 of the 2016 season. In an impressive performance, he earned 32 disposals and nine clearances as the Giants defeated Gold Coast by 91 points.[1][2] For his effort, he was named that round Rising Star nominee.[3]
