Jacques Bilodeau

Jacques Bilodeau is a former Canadian diplomat. He was concurrently High Commissioner to Gambia, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Cape Verde, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Mauritania and Senegal then to Luxembourg and Belgium.
