James M. Lilly was an American politician who served as the twenty second Mayor of North Adams, Massachusetts.
Family life
Lilly and his wife Helen Lannon Lilly[3][4] had two sons, James W. Lilly,[4] born on March 4, 1925,[4] and Robert M. Lilly.[5]
