Janine Helland (born 24 April 1970) is a Canadian women's international footballer who plays as a defender. She is a member of the Canada women's national football team. She was part of the team at the 1999 FIFA Women's World Cup.^[1]

She became the women's Canadian Players of the Year in 1997 and came in the Canadian Soccer Hall of Fame in 2003.
