Jean-Pierre Urkia M.E.P. (November 27, 1918 – December 21, 2011) was a French Vicar Apostolic of the Roman Catholic Church.
Urkia was born in Espelette, France and was ordained as a priest on June 26, 1942 from the Religious group the La Société des Missions Etrangères. He was appointed to the Vicariate Apostolic of Paksé along with the Titular Bishop of Masclianae on June 12, 1967 and ordained bishop on September 27, 1967. He remained Vicar Apostolic until June 10, 1975.
