Jeffrey de Zwaan (born 26 March 1996) is a Dutch darts player who plays in the Professional Darts Corporation.[1][2]
Career
De Zwaan takes his tourcard on the first day of the PDC Q-School 2015. Some time later he qualified for the German Darts Championship.
