Jesse Martineau was a NH State Representative for a south-end district of Manchester, NH from 2006 thru 2008. He did not seek re-election for the 2009 term due to a furthering of his education. Martineau will receive his Juris Doctorate from Temple University Law School (of Philadelphia, PA) in Dec 2012.
