Jody Bunting

Jody Bunting ^[1] is an award winning^[2] TV Fitness Expert who presented on Channel 4 television's former morning show The Big Breakfast ^[3] (2001-2002) and a Celebrity Holistic Lifestyle Coach.^[4]^[5]

The father-of-one, (Phoebe, born 2000)^[6] from Hatton, Derbyshire, England, previously weighed 31-stones and has featured in the press for his weight losses.^[7]

- 2001 Gives up office job to teach fitness full-time.^[8] Separated from the mother of his child Raelene Hope.^[9] Starred in the line up to turn on the Burton-upon-Trent Christmas lights.^[10]

- 2003 stars on ITV's Trisha Goddard TV talk show and the BBC’s ’SAS: Are You Tough Enough’.^[11]

Jody offers free online weight loss courses called Slim Brother, plus classes in Derby at Unique Fitness Studio, Great Northern Road, and in Burton-upon-Trent at The Workout on Wetmore Road. Jody reveals over 15 years he's helped over 5,000 people lose weight and taught over 78,000 hours of fitness classes. Jody launches the Great Grandmother Diet.^[34]
