Joe Batt's Arm-Barr'd Islands-Shoal Bay is a community in the Canadian province of Newfoundland and Labrador, located on Fogo Island. It was previously incorporated as a town prior to becoming part of the Town of Fogo Island through an amalgamation in 2011.[1] The former town had a population of 778 in the Canada 2006 Census.

Barr'd islands was settled permanently in the early 19th century by English fishermen. The 1836 census showed a total of 14 households had taken up residence here at this time.[2]

On March 1, 2011, the Town of Joe Batt's Arm-Barr'd Islands-Shoal Bay amalgamated with other communities to become the Town of Fogo Island.[1]
