Per Johan Gustav Hammar (born 22 February 1994) is a Swedish professional footballer currently playing for Örgryte IS as a defender.

Career

Everton

Hammar joined Everton from Malmö FF in July 2010, signing a full-time scholarship with the club.^[3] He was released on 7 June 2013.^[4]

Stockport County

On 11 February 2013, Hammar joined Stockport County on a one-month loan.^[5] He made his debut on 16 February 2013, in Stockport's 0-0 draw with Ebbsfleet United.^[6] He made a total of six appearances for the club before returning to Everton.

Malmö FF

On 18 June 2013 Hammar signed a six months contract with his youth club Malmö FF. He joined the club on 1 July 2013.^[7] Hammar made his debut for the club in the Scanian derby against Helsingborgs IF away at Olympia on 25 September 2013.^[8] On 9 December 2013 Hammar signed a new three-year contract with the club.^[9] In his first full season at the club he made seven league appearances for the club and participated in three qualifying matches for the 2014–15 UEFA Champions League.

Örgryte IS

On 28 February 2016 Hammar signed a two-year contract at Örgryte IS.^[10] He played his first game in the Superettan on 3 April 2016 against Ljungskile SK. Hammar scored his first goal on 23 July 2016, against Degerfors IF.

Hammar has made several appearances for Sweden U19s.
