José María Gil-Robles y Gil-Delgado (17 June 1935 in Madrid) is a Spanish politician. He was formerly a Member of the European Parliament in the European People's Party group, and was President of the European Parliament from 1997 to 1999.[1]
From 2009 to 2014, he was president of the Jean Monnet Foundation for Europe.
