José Arturo Rivas Mortera (October 18, 1984) is a Mexican professional footballer.
Nicknamed "La Palma" (The Palm Tree), he currently plays as a centre back for Tigres UANL in the Liga MX. Rivas has spent his entire career in Tigres, winning two Liga MX, one Copa MX and one Campeón de Campeones championships.
