Juan Richard Turner (born 19 October 1974[1]) is a Manx politician, businessman, radio producer, radio presenter, television producer and freelance cameraman, he is also a Member of the Legislative Council of the Isle of Man.
Turner was elected to the body in the eighth round of voting on 22 May 2007. He was the founder and owner of Energy FM in 2001 and remained its managing director until 2007.
