Team founded with 1961– first name of team was BC Budencnosti and board of team was complete serbian people and these years Team have present Kosovo in first league of Yugoslavia with great results and a lot of trophy winners. Until in 1980,
Albanian board of team change name of team and new name of team was proudly KB Besa Pejë ex-secretary of team Mr.Muhamet Ahma was also first coach of new team and excatly in this year team debut in Balkanska league who lost in semifinal from Mornar 74-75 the best player of us was Blerim Vuniqi until that in 1992 we was in final of play off with Prishtina and we have been in second place in that year. With 2000 team was totally dead after last war in kosovo and after 12 years excatly in
2012–2013 Mr.Arber Elshani was elected for President and he back Besa team to win first league in 2012-2013 and to be part of superleague after great season Mr.Elshani as President of team for first time in Team make some great signs to make history first he brinth one from the best coaches in Croatia New Head Coach of Besa in that time was Mr.Boris Kurtovic who lead team in semifinal of cup after big win with Trepca in Gjakova with great result 70-83 with all local players and reality was great season and then Mr.Elshani brinth ex Real Madrid player Venson Hamilton who for fans in 2014 was totally unbelievable but Hamilton coming and in his first game score 25 points 25 rebbounds and 10 blockshoots to help Besa team to win against milion team BC RTV21.

And now Team Besa still working with local players and is one team for respecr as always. forever BESA.
