Kamal Kishore Bhagat

Kamal Kishore Bhagat is a All Jharkhand Students Union politician and a member of Jharkhand Legislative Assembly. He was convicted and sentenced to seven-year rigorous imprisonment in a 1993 attempt to murder case.[1]
