Kanako Itō (伊藤香菜子, born 20 July 1983 in Tokyo) is a Japanese women's international footballer who plays as a midfielder. She is a member of the Japan women's national football team. She was part of the team at the 2002 Asian Games and 2012 Algarve Cup. On club level she played for NTV Beleza in Japan.^[1]
