Keith R. Blackwell is an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of Georgia. He was appointed to this position by Governor Nathan Deal on June 25, 2012. Before that, he served as a judge on the Georgia Court of Appeals, where he was appointed by Governor Sonny Perdue on November 1, 2010. He was named as a possible Supreme Court nominee by president-elect Donald Trump.[2]
