Keyuan UAV

Keyuan UAVs are Chinese UAVs developed by Beijing Keyuan Light Aircraft Industrial Co., Ltd. (Keyuan, 北京科源轻型飞机实业有限公司), three of which have been publicized as of 2013.

AD200W Blue Eagle

Keyuan has jointly developed AD200W Blue Eagle (Lan-Ying or Lanying, 蓝鹰) with three other Chinese enterprises based on its AD200 Blue Eagle light aircraft. AD200W Blue Eagle is a Chinese UCAV with W as the abbreviation of Wu-Ren-Ji (无人机), meaning UAV in Chinese. Although based on the manned AD200, AD200W looks drastically different than the manned version because it adopts a twin-boom configuration with a pair of canards added to the nose, while the winglets of the manned version have been deleted. The twin tails of AD200W are joined at the top, instead of at the root or midpoint as most twin tail configuration.[1] AD200W Blue Egale can be assembled in the field within forty minutes for rapid deployment.[2] As a UCAV, AD200W Blue Eagle is armed with a total of three types of Chinese UAV employed missiles, Sky Arrow and LMD-002, and LMD-003. A total of four of such missiles can be carried, and in addition, AD200W is also armed with machine guns. Specification:[3][4]

Type I

Type I UAV is an UAV in twin-boom configuration powered by a two-blade propeller driven by a pusher engine installed at the rear end of the fuselage. Type I UAV is constructed of composite material and the tricycle landing gear is constructed of carbon fiber. Specification:[5]

Type II

Type II UAV developed by Keyuan is a slightly larger version of Type I UAV and has the identical configuration of Type I UAV. Type II UAV adopts the same airframe of Long Technology Triumph Sky Hawk 2 UAV, thus externally, the two Chinese UAVs looks identical. What distinguishes the two UAVs is the flight control system, with each UAV has its own unique flight control system developed by their respective manufacturers. Specification:[5]
