The campaign’s goal was to help affected communities and to increase awareness of the problem. More than 30 trucks loaded with clothing articles and other winter supplies were distributed through local charities in four different regions in the Northern Province. The wide media coverage resulted in more winter aid from different government and non-government agencies.[3]
