La comunidad (UK title: Common Wealth) is a 2000 Spanish black comedy film directed by Álex de la Iglesia.
Plot
Carmen Maura plays a woman who discovers a treasure in the apartment of a dead man. Unfortunately, a group of people have been waiting for the man so that they can seize the money for themselves.

The address of the building is stated as Carrera de San Jerónimo, 14, 40°24′59.89″N 3°42′3.82″W / 40.4166361°N 3.7010611°WCoordinates: 40°24′59.89″N 3°42′3.82″W / 40.4166361°N 3.7010611°W in Madrid but the building actually existing there is not the one shown in the film.
The final fight was shot among the quadrigas atop the Banco de Bilbao building in Madrid.
