Lake Dow Christian Academy

Lake Dow Christian Academy is a private Christian school in McDonough, Georgia. Approximately 100 students are enrolled in the institution, which has the mission of "teaching Christian family values."

Lake Dow Christian Academy was founded in the fall of 1977 to teach children a fundamental, Christ-centered academic program of reading, writing, and arithmetic. Grades pre-kindergarten through 12 are enrolled in the Abeka program, which centers on phonics. Lake Dow Christian Academy is distinctively different in its dress code and discipline. Lake Dow Christian Academy is accredited by the National Association of Christian Education. Lake Dow Christian Academy is a member of the Georgia Association of Christian Schools and the American Association of Christian Schools.
