Lauren LaPonzina (born January 23, 1979, in Baltimore, Maryland) is reporter in the West Palm Beach, Florida area.
Before WPTV, LaPonzina worked at WOFL in Orlando, WSTM-TV in Syracuse, New York, and WHAG-TV in Hagerstown, Maryland. Some of her career highlights include riding along in a Presidential motorcade, covering the Caylee Anthony case for Fox News Channel, helping Floridians through several hurricanes and tornadoes, and sitting down with the legendary Bill Cosby for a one-on-one interview. On June 29, 2012, LaPonzina announced on air that it would be her last day working at WPTV and would be leaving to work at Wellington Regional Hospital running their media relations department.
