Ultra Agents is a theme released by LEGO in May 25, 2014. This theme features a new variety of Agents fighting disaster-themed villains attracted with danger. In 2015, the agents' main focus is to defeat AntiMatter, the leader of the villains.

- Psyclone: Former weather caster, now wind-based villain
- Tremor: Former boxer named, "Lois Lightweight", now the "heavy hitter villain."
- Terabyte: Former IT specialist, now tech-savvy villain
- Retox: Toxikita's henchman
- Spyclops: Former pest controller, now villain who controls an army of RoboSpiders
