Leucos basak is a species of freshwater fish, a roach in the Cyprinidae family. It is found in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, and Serbia and Montenegro.[1][2]

Its natural habitats are intermittent rivers and freshwater lakes.
