Maria Luz Lilet Jodloman Esteban or better known by her screen name as Lilet (born January 17, 1974) is a singer, TV-host, actress, and commercial model in the Philippines, once known as The Muse Of OPM (Original Pilipino Music).

Career

Lilet appeared in an international Coca-Cola advert, singing Tomorrow's People, shot in Liverpool, England.

Lilet's first musical album is entitled Lonely Girl produced by GOI Records. Lilet's second musical album was produced by Viva Records. Her third album Kahit Minsan Lang under Alpha Records, and her fourth album which includes her revivals of the classic OPM songs "Tulak Ng Bibig, Kabig Ng Dibdib" and "Kaibigan Lang Pala".

Lilet joined That's Entertainment, along with Lea Salonga and Rachel Alejandro. Lilet appeared in movies such as Aso't Pusa, Estudyante Blues, Dear Diary and Pik Pak Boom. After a break to pursue studies in Japan, Lilet released a comeback album with Ivory Music in 2003, under the name Marielle.

In August 4, 2014, Lilet guested on The Singing Bee on ABS-CBN. After joining the ABS-CBN game show "The Singing Bee", Lilet is set to appear in the upcoming TV series Forevermore.

Personal life

She joined a contest named A Song Of Praise (ASOP)[1] as a composer and her song "You Are Lord Of All" won song of the month in July 2014, the first one to garner a 99% score in the history of ASOP. She went to compete in the grand finals on September 23, 2014 held in Smart Araneta Coliseum, performed by Ava Olivia Santos of the Freestyle Band. She is invited as guest performer at the Grand Finals of ASOP 2015.

Lilet under the management of Cornerstone Entertainment Talent Inc. and one of the endorser of Marie France Philippines.
