Limketkai Luxe Hotel (Chinese:林堅尼地城啟酒店和度假村) is a hotel and resort complex located at Limketkai Center, Cagayan de Oro, Philippines. The construction of the first tower was completed in the last quarter of 2013[1] at a cost of 1.9 billion pesos.,[2][3] while the south end is still under construction. The hotel has been operational since the first quarter of 2014. The development is owned and jointly developed by Limketkai Sons, Inc., Cagayan de Oro's largest company. These twin tower hotels will rise an estimated 163.6 meters (536.745 ft) of 36 floors in tower 2 and 88 meters (288.713 ft) of 19 floors in tower 1.

Features

Limketkai Luxe Hotel tower 2 will have 36 floors, and a capacity of 400 rooms and 700 ballroom seat capacity and house a 60-foot (18 m) outdoor swimming pool while tower 1 (complete) has 19 floors, engineered a capacity of 212 rooms and 2 restaurants. The hotel houses various amenities including a private spa and health club.[4] Also, the hotel features marble bathrooms and maple hardwood floors in some first-class suites and rooms. The two hotels are thin platform structures, which will make a wide state-of-the-art facilities such as a grand lobby.[5]

Limketkai Luxe Hotel is currently the first LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) building in the Philippines to be certified by the U.S. Green Building Council,.[6] The hotel was also endorsed as the first gold hotel in the Philippines.[7]
