The following is a list of episodes for the Fox reality series American Idol. The series debuted in the United States on June 11, 2002.

Simon tells Lisa that she is the best 16-year-old the show has yet seen. Chris' wife screams as Chris walks out with ticket. A clip is also shown of his country home in North Carolina, where he lives with his wife and stepchildren.
