Liu Chang (Chinese: 刘畅; pinyin: Liú Chàng; born August 1, 1990) is a professional Chinese tennis player playing in the ITF Women's Circuit.
On 25 May 2015, she reached her highest WTA singles ranking of 286. On June 16, 2014, she also reached her highest WTA doubles ranking of 166.
She won her biggest title to date at the 2013 Beijing International Challenger winning the doubles event with Zhou Yimiao.
