Lyudmila Alexeyevna Chursina (Russian: Людми́ла Алексе́евна Чурсина́; born 20 July 1941) is a Soviet and Russian film actress. She has appeared in more than 50 films and television shows since 1962. In 1981 she was a member of the jury at the 12th Moscow International Film Festival.[1]

At the age of 40, she is the youngest actress to receive the title of the People's Artist of the USSR.[2]

Political position

On March 11, 2014 supported the reunification of Crimea with Russia by signing collective petition to the Russian public "Culture figures of Russia - support of President Putin's position about Ukraine and Crimea".[3]
