Midwest Independent Publishers Association

The Midwest Independent Publishers Association, or MIPA, is a publishing community based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The association works to promote a supportive community for first-time publishers and provide networking opportunities. It sponsors the Annual Midwest Book Awards.
