Mammillaria berkiana is a species of plant in the Cactaceae family. It is endemic to Mexico. Its natural habitat is hot deserts.
It was discovered by Alfred B. Lau on April 18, 1980. It is considered in danger of extinction, as its number has fallen from 5000 in 1994 to less than 100 in 1999 in an area of only 1 kmĀ².
