Marana Mrudanga (Kannada: ಮರಣ ಮೃದಂಗ) is a 1992 Indian Kannada political crime drama film directed by B. Ramamurthy and written by Sainath Thotapalli.[1] Based on Sainath's own Telugu film Marana Mrudangam (1987), the film features former Karnataka Chief Minister, Ramakrishna Hegde in a pivotal role.[2] The film also features Malashri, Sunil, Ananth Nag and Thiagarajan in the lead roles.[3]
The film's music was composed by Hamsalekha and the audio was launched on the Lahari Music banner.
