Mark Flanagan (born 2 August 1989) is a professional rugby player. Educated at St. Finians College, Mullingar, he plays in the second-row for French team Stade Montois, Mont de Marsan, He used to be a rugby union player for Leinster Rugby. His preferred position is lock. Flanagan made his debut for Leinster in a Pro 12 game in April 2010 against Glasgow Warriors and made nine league appearances for his club.[1] He is the cousin of fellow Leinster secondrow Devin Toner.
