Meghan King Edmonds (born September 26, 1984) is an American sales representative and reality television personality. She is best known as a cast member on the Bravo series The Real Housewives of Orange County.[1]
Bio
Early life and education
Edmonds was born in St. Louis, Missouri. She is the sister of model RJ King, professional soccer player Julie King, and model and former Amazing Race contestant Caitlin King, and holds a marketing degree from the University of Mississippi.[2]
Career
Prior to moving to California, Edmonds (then King) worked as a sales representative for a pathology software firm.[2]
She made her first appearance in reality television on the tv show Resale Royalty. And again when her engagement to Jim Edmonds and search for a wedding gown were documented in season 12 of the TLC series, Say Yes to the Dress, which aired in 2014.[3][4][5]
In 2015, Bravo announced that Edmonds would join the season 10 cast of The Real Housewives of Orange County, as a Housewife.[6] She reprised the role in season 11, which aired in Summer 2016.[7][8]
Personal life
Edmonds married former professional baseball player Jim Edmonds in October 2014.[3][4][5] She is the stepmother of Jim's four children and lives half the year in St. Louis and half the year in Newport Beach.[2] The couple is expecting their first child, fertilized in vitro, at the end of 2016.[9]
