Melanie Williamson (born December 24, 1992), is a Canadian beauty queen, who was crowned Miss Canada International for 2013.[1][2]

Education Williamson hails from Kitchener, Ontario.[3] She is a graduate from The University of Waterloo, where she completed her Arts and Business Degree with Joint Honors in drama and speech communication.[4][5]

Family & Background

Melanie Williamson was born to Lisa and Gregory Williamson,[6] and has 2 siblings, Laura and Stuart Williamson.[7] Williamson is currently dating Cameron Goossen[8] who is a personal trainer and hockey player.[9][10][11][12]

Career & Involvements

Williamson is a fashion footwear expert and has worked for multiple shoe designers at two different footwear distributors as Marketing Director and Brand Ambassador.[13][14] Williamson has hosted on The Shopping Channel as a Designer Shoes & Fashion Expert, seen here. Williamson is also a professional Actress[15] and can be found in filmed commercials such as this Footlogix commercial[16] and this episode[17] of Web Of Lies. Williamson is also a professional keynote speaker[18] and co-owner of Mainspring.[19] Beyond these, Williamson is currently a professional axe thrower, known as The Queen of Axes.[20][21][22] She has assisted in opening axe throwing arenas across Canada.[23][24][25][26][27]
