Michel Moussa

Michel Moussa is a Greek Catholic Lebanese member of parliament representing the Zahrani district. He is part of the Amal Movement led by Nabih Berri which is part of the opposition.[1] He has also served as an environment minister.

He is very open to cooperate with Civil society organizations. For example, he supported the partnership between the parliament with many civil society organizations to promote human rights in Lebanon. He also joined many road safety interventions that contributed positively for road safety in Lebanon that was organized by YASA (youth association for social awareness). http://www.yasa.org/ He supported the efforts that led to the new Lebanese traffic law #243 that was enacted by the Lebanese parliament in 2012.
