Millet Jelly

A common additive used to give foods and candy consistency. It is made from millet and can commonly be found as an additive to gummy candies both in the United States and abroad. It is used frequently in Japanese cuisine, and Japanese-American chefs like Masaharu Morimoto use it ubiquitously (known in Japanese as mizuame).
