Miyuki Izumi (泉 美幸 Izumi Miyuki, born 31 May 1977[1]) is a female former Japanese football forward. She was part of the Japan women's national football team. She competed at the 1996 Summer Olympics, playing 1 matches. On club level she played for Suzuyo Shimizu F.C. Lovely Ladies.[2]
