Moose Tracks
Moose Tracks is a brand and flavor of ice cream licensed by Denali Flavors[1][2] that is manufactured by several different companies under various brands. The original product was formulated with vanilla ice cream, fudge and peanut butter cups that are covered in chocolate.[3][4] Light varieties of the ice cream are produced, which have fewer calories compared to full-calorie versions.[3] The brand's mascot is the Moose Tracks moose.[1]
Brands
Several different brands license the Moose Tracks brand including Mayfield,[5] Publix,[6] and Gifford's Ice Cream & Candy Co.[7]
Variations
In addition to the original Moose Tracks flavor, there are 20 other varieties of Moose Tracks:[4][8]
- Chocolate Moose Tracks
- Cherry Moose Tracks
- Original No-Sugar-Added Moose Tracks
- Extreme Moose Tracks
- Mint Moose Tracks
- Mocha Moose Tracks
- Malted Moose Tracks
Trail mix
Denali Flavors and Georgia Nut Company in Skokie, Illinois collaborated to create a trail mix brand based upon the Moose Tracks flavor.[9] Three flavors of the trail mix are produced, and all of them are based upon various Denali Flavors' flavor formulations.[9]
