Morrison Ranch, Agoura Hills, California

Morrison Ranch is a residential district of the city of Agoura Hills, located in the Simi Hills of western Los Angeles County, southern California.

The Lake Lindero neighborhod and the Ventura Freeway (101) are to the south, and Westlake Village on the west.

Description

Morrison Ranch is one of the largest developments in Agoura Hills, California and was developed in the 1980s with approximately 1,250 homes. Morrison Ranch is made up mostly of upper-middle class single homes in Agoura Hills' western section. Being residential, it more tranquil than the malls area of the Downtown district.

While the area can be considered affluent by regional standards, ostentatious displays of wealth not welcomed in the neighborhood.
