NB&T Financial Group, Inc., is a registered financial holding company which wholly owns The National Bank and Trust Company under the Bank Holding Company Act.[4][7] Their business focuses on the operation of the bank, which is chartered under the laws of the United States and is a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland nowadays.
