Nannup Music Festival

Part of a weekend festival and workshop at Nannup

The Nannup Music Festival (formerly the Southwest Folk Festival) is a live performance music festival held in the small historic timber town of Nannup. Nannup is located in the centre of Western Australia’s stunning Southwest, on the banks of the beautiful Blackwood River and the Festival is held annualy over the Labour Day long weekend in March, over which time the streets come alive with stalls, performances and activities.

The Festival is a community event operated by a passionate and dedicated team of Staff and Committee from the not-for-profit Nannup Music Club. It is an amazing and inspiring weekend for everyone and a special place to share a festival experience with friends and family. On offer is an eclectic mix of incredible acts over free and ticketed venues, street performances, a Family Fun area and a space for the youth to get involved. An Emerging Artist Award, indigenous artists programming, workshops, bush poetry, jam sessions, festival markets and the small town atmosphere are just some of the things that together make the Nannup Music Festival a delightful weekend to share, immerse and discover.
