Neaveia is a genus of butterflies in the family Lycaenidae, endemic to the Afrotropical realm. It consists of only one species, Neaveia lamborni, the pierine blue, which is found in Ivory Coast, Ghana, Nigeria, Cameroon, the Republic of the Congo, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania.[2] The habitat consists of forests and open areas.
