During the year ended March 31, 2006 (fiscal 2006), Network Technology's wholly owned subsidiary, link Ringdale,[1] acquired certain assets of NLynx Inc.[2] In fiscal 2006, the Company acquired certain assets of Madge Ltd.[3]
